Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Chief Human Resource Officer of Consolidated Matrix Inc., the HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting the HR Recruitment in executing the HR process within the MWFL (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Fleet, and Logistics). The primary responsibility of the HR Business Partner is to assist in the coordination between the Recruitment and MWFL subsidiaries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- Collaborate with the MWFL Business Units to identify manpower needs and develop action plans.
- Conduct meetings with respective business units
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed.
Qualifications
· The HR Business Partner must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
· A candidate for the position will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a HR Business Partner.
· The candidate will also demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines, like, employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and performance management and staffing.
· Experience in Strategic Planning for HR Operations.
· The candidate's familiarity with the HR best practices is a necessity for key areas of recruitment, and benefits, and training and development.
