Understanding and helping individuals who have technical, personal and emotional adjustment problems interfering with their work performance.
Results Based appraisal
Goal Setting and monitoring of assigned manufacturing operation/support department.
Training and Talent Development
Monitors and review progress of trainees through questionnaires (Individual Development Plan)
Identify learning and development need within organization through job analysis (competency based profile), appraisal schemes (Balanced score card)
Partner with department managers on monitoring and evaluation of training and development programs.
Conduct Trainings as per scheduled.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor of Science degree from the field of Psychology or Industrial and Organizational Psychology or any related course.
Has 4 years and above of experience from related industry.
Excellent presentations skills and communication.
Willing for plant-based assignment (Board & lodging are provided)
