Plan and implement HR strategic Initiatives including employee engagement, communication, learning and development
Provide HR solutions on resolving employee concerns
Manage employee discipline, ensures labor compliance and regulations
Conduct exit interview, analyze attrition trends and work with business units on talent retention
Provide strong support on performance management
Update and implement HR policies and procedures
Promote and support corporate HR programs and initiatives
Act as liaison between supporting business and HR Shared Services
Attend to day-to-day HR operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or related discipline
With at least 10 years of HR experience
Solid HR Business Partnering experience in a multinational setting is an advantage
With background in all facets of HR
With strong leadership skills. Effective in dealing with people in various levels and different cultures
Organized, structured & attentive to details
With excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
With effective time management skills
