1. Assist the superior to establish and improve the company's human resources system construction;
2. Good at hr recruitment module; Establish talent search channels, develop detailed search plans,
3. Search, evaluate, screen and recommend candidates. Candidates with headhunting resources should consider first;
4. Promote appropriate personnel to arrange interviews, follow up result feedback, background investigation and follow-up services;
