BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE
The HR Specialist role will be in-charge of delivery and execution of various Equality, Diversity & Inclusion activities for the employees. The role holder will coordinate and work with internal and external partners to tailor-fit activities to the needs of the employees. The role holder will also monitor and ensure participation of employees to the various programs and activities.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Detailed responsibilities post discussion with respective HM to be listed here with clarity and preferably in bullet points. Example:
Monitoring for employees' ED&I programs and activities to respond to the challenges that employees are facing
Coordination with government agencies (SSS, Pag-ibig) to ensure issues on contributions and loans are updated and resolved
Coordination with internal and external partners to create a holistic and tailor-fit livelihood and job fair to facilitate possible livelihood and employment opportunities for outplaced employees
Coordination and preparation of monthly townhalls
Monitoring and ensuring employees' participation to the various programs
Support in preparation of various materials and documentation for activities
Support in the evaluation of the program effectiveness
