Ensure the implementation and application of policies, processes, and systems with the business requirements in mind
Ensure proper updating and cascading to employees regarding any changes in company policy
Support business leaders in the resolution of specific individual local People issues
Liaise with business leaders and functional leadsto provide daily HR guidance
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Handle employee off-boarding and exit interview process
Provide guidance to junior HRBPs
Requirements:
BS/BA degree preferred with at least 5 years of demonstrated general HR experience
Great team player and works well with others
Has great communication skills
Well versed withlocal legal employment conditions andlocal statutory regulations
Strong mind-set for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
Detail oriented and has excellent organisational skills
Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
Capability to work in a multicultural environment is an advantage
