The position is primarily responsible for developing partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Assesses and anticipates HR related concerns of the business units
Conducts check ins through monthly meetings or updates with business units
Recommends HR interventions that supports business objectives
Works closely with business units to increase retention, build morale and boost productivity
Partners with HR Center of Experts to deliver high-quality, consumable HR services that will enable the attainment of strategic business goals and initiatives.
Determines, integrates and delivers effective HR services such as talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, strategic consultation and coaching, and employee engagement strategies.
Candidate must be a graduate of any Behavioral Science, Human Resource related courses or equivalent
At least three (3) years working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management

Excellent in both oral and written communications skills
Data analytics experience can be an advantage
