Establish and maintain effective and credible relationships with managers and employees and provide support to Human Resource Manager in engaging and growing talents of PIC South and East Asia and Global Shared Service Teams
HRIS and Payroll
Provide HR Shared Services and Center of Excellence support, entertaining employees queries and escalating them to the appropriate specialist as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate data in HRIS and provide routine analytics (e.g headcount, turnover, training compliance, performance mngt compliance) through Power BI Reporting.
Collaborate with the finance team and payroll vendor to process monthly payroll, monthly/annual government remittances ensuring all information is accurate.
Collate and validate timekeeping, leave, and loan data to ensure accurate payroll processing with third-party providers.
Manage payroll cut-offs and ensure all pay elements are captured.
Serve as first point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.
Update HRIS records to reflect payroll changes (e.g., salary, transfers, promotions).
Ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems and support global HRIS/ payroll standardization projects.
Generalist / HRBP
Provide human resources support on core HR processes which may include a focus on policy and process interpretation and administration, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and learning and development.
Coach managers on employee relations issues to ensure candid timely feedback, proper documentation and action plans are in place to resolve matters. Escalate employee issues to the Human Resource Manager as needed.
Support the Health and Safety Program, working closely with the Human Resource Manager and the Health and Safety team to drive improvements for all employees.
Support employee welfare and employee engagement activities in the SEA region
Partner with local managers to implement HR initiatives and ensure follow-through.
Assist in employee relations documentation and case preparation.
Drive process improvement and HR automation initiatives.
Participate in global/regional HR projects and maintain service standards aligned with HRSS practices.
Talent Acquisition
Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the selection process. Learn to conduct and facilitate pre and post interview meetings with hiring team, guiding them to select "right-fit" candidates.
Conduct candidate sourcing directly hosting and attending career fairs, source via social media and other internal and external tools (i.e.: LinkedIn, Employee Referral Program, Job Boards, Internal ATS system)
Review resumes, applications and profiles against job requirements and create a shortlist for interview or review by a hiring leader, meeting all Service Level Agreement targets.
Conduct initial phone screen / e-screens and schedule interviews with hiring manager.
Formulate and implement innovative recruitment strategies and plans to recruit a diverse workforce for the SEA region.
Coordinate new hires onboarding process and ensure proper tools of trade, system access and completion of mandatory, business- and job-related trainings.
Handle mainly rank-and-file to supervisor-level hiring; provide coordination support for managerial roles.
Coordinate interview scheduling, shortlist preparation, and initial screening.
Onboard new hires into HRIS and coordinate first-day onboarding activities and logistics.
Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration
Act as a local liaison with the global HRSS and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) for unresolved queries or system-related questions.
Assist in communication and implementation of global HR initiatives within the Philippines and SEA region.
Provide support to the global HRSS or Talent Acquisition projects as the organization evolves.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 plus years of human resources experience to include talent acquisition.
Strong background in Payroll and HRIS management (priority areas).
Experience with shared services or fast-paced environments preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel (intermediate-advanced), and similar HR systems (e.g., D365) is an advantage.
Strong data management and attention to detail - able to maintain accuracy across systems.
Bilingual: English and Filipino
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field preferred
Experience working in an HR Center of Excellence Model and matrix organization is a plus.
