The Business Partner shall be responsible for performing an end-to-end HR approach to provide all HR needs of an assigned account(s) such as, but not limited to, Staffing, Training, Career Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
In conjunction with the Account Partnership role, the Talent Business Partner shall also serve as a functional lead for Employee Relations. This entails initiating and executing programs that promote a highly capable and engaged workforce, while ensuring consistency with the
Company's core values and Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities:
Partners with the managers of the assigned account-departments to fulfill their requirements on recruitment, talent management, career development, and succession planning.
Ensures consistency in implementing disciplinary management procedures in accordance with Philippine labor code; Issues notices to employees violating the Code of Conduct, investigates accordingly, and determines the necessary sanction
Plans, implements and controls activities and initiatives on matters pertaining to employee engagement - town hall meetings, themed events, etc.
Leads communication plans especially relating to employee welfare and engagement
Manages third-party manpower service providers, ensuring compliance with overnment regulations and provides quality service according to the agreed Service Level Agreement
Supports the People Operations Manager in the execution of local and regional projects and initiatives that may directly or indirectly impact the local market
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager from time to time
Requirements:
HR Generalist background. While acting as functional lead for ER / LR, we need someone who is open to handlng other facets of HR as listed above
Willingness to work onsite in Makati when the time comes for us to report to the office
