As a staff member of management, the HR Associate assists the HR Officer - HR Employee Relations and Labor Relations (ERLR) in managing and organizing activities and programs that promote a conducive, inclusive, and safe working environment for employees. Activities include but are not limited to company events, employee wellness and sports activities, company benefits, government compliance programs, and other reporting requirements.Qualifications:- Preferably with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral or Social Science or Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics or equivalent field.- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) month in HR or at least two (2) years as Administrative Assistant.- Knowledge of Desktop Publishing and Writing
