HR ASSOCIATE
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the general Human Resource support and personnel services.
Responsible for coordinating a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel, employee services and benefits, employee relations, providing assistance with performance appraisals and corrective actions, and ensuring that employees are well informed of the Company Rules & Regulations.
Maintains and updates employee records, completes any and all reporting requirements, and ensures that Company records and reporting are in compliance with the Philippine Labor Law's regulations.
In-charge in timekeeping (biometrics) and coordinates with the Accounting Department in salary administration.
Responsible for filing and processing of government-related employee benefits for SSS, PHIC and HDMF, etc.
Performs other duties as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
College Graduate in any field; Preferably of a Human Resources-related course (ie Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management).
At least 2 years working experience in the same field.
Must have good sense of responsibility and strong initiative.
With good judgement dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Attentive to deadlines, by presenting and submitting required reports on time.
Willing to render overtime and extended hours when necessary.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Can work under pressure.
Willing to be relocated in Malapascua Island, Daanbantayan, Cebu
