Hr Associate performs duties associated with the management, coordination, and participation of a specialty area within the Department of Human Resources.
Coordinates recruitment activities on local level to include creating/posting job ads, scheduling/conducting job interviews, conducting background/reference checks, setting up physicals and drug tests, make new hire packets, making hiring recommendations, and on-boarding new hires.
Support HR department in educating employees on and enforcing company policies.
Track benefit plans, including health care, retirement etc.
Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface
Graduate of any major of Psychology, or any equivalent
With at least six (6) months experience in end-to-end Recruitment
Knowledgeable to MS Office
