1. Process all department request for hiring and ensure all vacancies are properly processed, documented, approved and with target time.
2. Handle job postings via available channels (Kalibrr, Indeed, Jobstreet, Facebook, website and etc.)
3. Process all applicants for hiring:
Collects and assesses CVs
Screen resumes and schedule initial interviews
Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations to the HR Supervisor.
Administer pre-employment exams.
Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
Conduct Background check and employment verification of selected applicants.
Check on-boarding requirements and endorse new accepted applicants to the proper departments.
4. Conduct Employee orientation for Company policy, rules and regulations.
5. Monitor Probationary employee on the onboarding process.
6. Safekeeping of all 201 files of all Probationary employees, employees under agencies/outsourced and project based employees.

Required:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
With experience of working across employee life cycle.
Preferred:
Registered Psychometrician (RPm)
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
