If you are an experienced and motivated HR Associate and want to join our growing team, you might be the one that we are looking for. Your duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:
-Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
-Monitor employee statuses in terms of attendance and policy compliance.
-Develop company policies to improve quality management and processes.
-Prepare payroll and plan employee engagement activities.
-Perform recruitment related tasks such as sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring
-Communicating with potential job candidates
-Maintaining employee confidentiality.
-Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
Requirements
-College Graduate of HR and Psychology course.
-With experience is an advantage.
-Flexible to any time schedule.
-Good communication skills
