HR ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
RECRUITMENT
Assist in coordination with respective departments regarding staff manpower requirements.
Outsource possible applicants. 
Conducts and processes applicants screening (Agency Based/Direct Hired)
Performs deployment processes and departmental endorsement to newly hired personnel.
Handles Plantilla monitoring for regularization and employee movement.
PAYROLL AND BENEFITS 
Handles timekeeping records of all employees.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Monitors, audits personnel lockers.
Coordinates with Security Department on incident findings and reports
Maintains and updates 201 files of all employees.
Create and update Job Descriptions
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Issuance and processing of Notice to Explain (NTE), Disciplinary Action, Inter Office Memorandum
Handles employee complaints and inquiries.
Handles employee resignation.
Process performance appraisal of employees
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Implement training program before deployment.
Set training schedule in coordination with the Department Head.
