General Description: Responsible for obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information within a company. Manage company human resources records and ensure timely service delivery of the HR processes.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Generate HR-related items for payroll, employee requests and admin leg work for the different accounts under one company.
Communicating with potential job candidates.
Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
Conducting employee orientations.
Explaining employee benefits.
Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
Maintaining employee information confidentiality.
Assisting with the distribution of training material.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work in US shifts.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
At least 2 years experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills.
Advanced knowledge of employment law.
