Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is urgently looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple recruitment and HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews and evaluates Employee Requisition Forms (ERFs), job descriptions, and manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
Sources and attracts qualified candidates through job boards, social media, career sites, schools, LGUs, recruitment agencies, and job fairs.
Develops and implements recruitment strategies to support current hiring needs and labor market trends.
Maintains a qualified talent pool and monitors manpower movements, promotions, and staffing requirements.
Screens applications, conducts initial interviews, and endorses qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Conducts candidate interviews, assessments, and background and employment verification checks.
Prepares and presents job offers to selected candidates.
Facilitates pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and new hire registration processes.
Maintains accurate recruitment records and ensures timely completion of hiring activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in recruitment or human resources.
Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
Results-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in handling employee and recruitment matters.
