We are on the lookout for an HR Associate who will continue to help us strengthen our people practices, help us maintain compliant HR processes, and will shape our talent recruitment strategy to further fuel our growth. Essential Requirements
A total of 2 - 5 years of HR experience
Previous experience in working for a hyper-growth startup is a huge plus!
Experience in hiring for both operational roles and technical roles
Extensive knowledge of the Philippines Labour Laws and Regulations
Experience with HRMS (Bamboo-HR) and Applicant Tracker Systems
Responsibilities
Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures and communicate them to the management
Plan and execute end to end hiring for open positions assigned to you at Fresh Prints by collaborating with the department managers
Conduct Interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & Interviews
Take up generalist responsibilities in addition to recruitment
