About the Role
QuadX's People & Culture team works to inspire employees to connect and contribute to QuadX's mission. We are seeking a seasoned independent contributor to join our team to align our people's initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. An HR Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the human resource office of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
What You'll Do
Monitors compliance to recruitment processes and within the agreed lead-time.
Provides timely information and feedback to HR Business Partners through submission of required periodic reports and key performance indicators
Assists the HR Business Partner in implementing Operation specific programs, projects and activities
Assists and work with the leaders and HRBPs on the prompt resolution of employee disciplinary actions, in compliance with case management procedures
Assists in completion of reports and administrative tasks as needed
What You'll Need
Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources Management. Some corporate and high-tech experience is essential.
Leadership skills, self-confidence and the ability to influence and build credibility in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Solid listening and verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to work with colleagues across organizational and cultural boundaries to drive the People and Culture agenda.
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to develop and manage measurement metrics.
Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, HRIS Platforms helpful
