Description
Provides an excellent HR Customer Service by acting as a point contact for Training and Development and other HR general queries from internal customers through all forms of communications.
Provide an efficient transactional Training and Development services for course administration including the coordination from trainings announcement, registration, room reservation, pre-training materials, etc.
Facilitate Employee Onboarding Program to ensure new employee is onboard and prepared to perform and deliver his/her expected output by conducting Employee Onboarding activities such as but not limited to Monthly Performance Evaluation or Coaching. Monthly Team Huddle and/or Stop Over.
Support the implementation of the Employee Developmental Assignment Program to assist in ensuring that all employee career objectives and specific goals are met to.
Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Email, Excel, and Internet Explorer.

Job Specifications
Preferably BS Psychology graduate or any 4-year graduate course
At least 6 months of related experience is preferred

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
