Job Description
The position is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the delivery of core HR activities that include onboarding, performance management, timekeeping and benefits, data management and offboarding, learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives, in partnership with the relevant COE/Shared Services Team to the assigned accounts/units.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements HR and People services, systems, and procedures aligned with the overall HR/People and Business strategies.
Acts as a point person for the day to day HR inquiries/requests
Coordinates with the Talent Attraction team when onboarding a new hire to ensure complete records and requirements
Acts as a co-facilitator during New Hire Orientation/Benefit Refresher
Prepares timekeeping report for the site
Updates employee records and ensures that employees and their dependents are included in all applicable benefits.
Monitors claims for medical and hospitalization benefits and facilitates the reimbursement of fringe, hospitalization, and medical benefits ensuring that the required procedures are followed and that the processing time conforms to company standards
Maintains and updates employee records in the physical 201 folders and in the HRIS
Coordinates employee resignations with concerned Stakeholders and ensures that the required employee clearance is routed to all departments so final pay is released as scheduled
Collects and monitors accomplished SIP forms of new hires and regular team members
Maintains the employee training record and ensures that the training information is accurate and updated
Leads the rollout and implementation of Culture and Engagement initiatives and programs on the site/s
Prepares compliance reports to Government agencies together with the HR Manager
Qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Resources function
Experience in handling Database Management or any HR System as an Administrator
