We are looking for a well-rounded HR Associate that is responsible for providing support for Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities:
Research compensation statistics, conducting position evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, making data-based decisions, determining the segments of the workforce contributing the most value, and conducting periodic audits.
Design and implement the company's first base pay structure, redesigned field and corporate pay plans to include key metrics that supported new open compensation philosophy and HR strategy
Manage and develop the company's workers compensation claims system and client/vendor communication protocol
Explain company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, and enroll workers in specified programs
Develop, schedule, and conduct technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance
Prepare newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken
Prepare reports and enter and update medical, insurance, and other personnel forms and records, using database
Audit benefit accounts and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Arrange for employee physical examination, first aid, and other medical attention
Inspect facilities to determine if lighting, sanitation, and security are adequate and to ensure compliance with standards
Supervises clerical or administrative personnel
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good problem-solving ability
