HR ASSOCIATE
HR Associate - is responsible in handling the compensation and benefits section of the Human Resources Department as well as assisting some other HR facets and tasks.
Responsibilities:
Familiarization of the HRIS applicable to government contributions and loan updating and processing timekeeping and payroll.
Process employees' timekeeping accurately and on time.
Prepares accurate payment request of PHIC, SSS and HDMF contributions and loans.
Responsible for the timely submission of SSS, Philhealth and HDMF reports and prompt action to employee concerns
Responsible for the computation and release of payroll for the weekly paid employees as well as the employees of other affiliate.
Monitor employees' attendance and update attendance report every month.
Qualifications:
College Graduate with HRD related course (Psychology, BS HRDM, etc.)
At least 1 year experience as HR CompBen.
Flexible, team player, open to learning new things.
Willing to be assigned in Lapu-Lapu
