HR Assistant - Compensation and Benefits
 
Responsibilities:
Handles Payroll and all forms of compensation for the company
Monitors Timekeeping and checks for accuracy
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of programs and give recommendations for improvements
Manage employee benefits like mandatory statutory, payment of premium pay, leaves and etc.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems and processes.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
Observes Management Initiatives
