JOB SUMMARY
Ensures overall timely fulfillment of manning requests through proactive recruiting strategies, assists in implementation of employee relations services, and retention programs that will reflect the organization's concern for its members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing
Searches candidates based on the identified target volume and lead time.
Conducts competency-based and skill-based interviews to applicants, and schedules interviews to requesting clients
Facilitates pre-employment assessments and endorses them to the Psychometrician within the lead time.
Prepares endorsement letters for qualified candidates and endorses them to clients.
Monitors aging of referred candidates so as not to exceed the turn-around time in terms of working days from the time of the request
Deployment Services
Ensures smooth deployment of new members to clients, and monitors and submits fulfillment and deployment report
Coordinates with members to ensure that pre-employment orientations, and trainings are properly conducted to them
Addresses all complaints and issues of deploying members regarding deployment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
No work experience may fit but preferably with knowledge/background in recruitment
Willing to work ASAP.
Must be willing to be deployed in PASIG CITY.
