Monitor vacancies and keeps track of record of PRF received.
Source applicants using different sourcing material/medium (i.e jobstreet, indeed, job, referrals, etc.)
Keeps records of received resumes.
Invites and schedule applicant for assessment.
Administer testing and evaluate test results.
Conducts screening interview
Endorse Applicants who passed the initial interview to department officers up to the next level of interviewer for further evaluation
Discuss pre-employment requirements for newly hired team member.
Schedule date of deployment and endorse TM to its department officer
Ensures timely distribution of separated TMs for departments clearing.
Coordinates with department officers/managers regarding accountabilities of separated TMs
Prepares documents for computations based on the received notice of separations from the department officers/managers
Prepares RCP for the computed last pay
Administer releasing of checks to separated TMs ensuring all required documents are signed upon released.
Follows all relevant government and internal departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
