Job Description:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Develop a clear and concise orientation flow about the company's policies for onboarding staff
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Create a database of salaries and benefits aligned with the market range
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Collect the latest information, report to the management, and adjust or apply to the company's policies if needed
Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years or above in the field; working in a Japanese Company and/or BPO Industry is an advantage as well.
Proficient in English and Tagalog, the Japanese language is an advantage
Willing to work in Makati City (On-site, we don't offer hybrid set- up/WFH set-up)
