About the role:
We are looking for someone who will handle daily administrative tasks and actively participate in our recruitment efforts. We need someone who will assist with ensuring that all documents are well organized and maintained. Your duties will include posting job ads, accurately collecting applicant information and functioning as a liaison between applicants and clients.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional communication skills and has very good English- both written and spoken. For this position, we are looking to have someone who is reliable, has superb organization and time management skills and pays keen attention to details. We want someone who is teachable and open to growing with the company.
This is a part-time position that is fully remote and flexible, however, hours must overlap with Eastern European (EET) daytime hours.

HR Assistant Goals:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
HR Assistant Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative related jobs
Degree in Human Resources/Psychology is a bonus
Experience in the HR field is an advantage but not mandatory
Excellent command of the English language
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and is data driven
Proactive and can work independently
Creative and has a strategic mind set
