Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.
Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
Using web-based technology and social media to analyse hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management , or any related field.
With atleast 1 year experience in Recruitment
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of office equipment.
