Job HR Assistant

Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
Compiling and updating employee records
Process documentation and prepare HR reports
Coordinate HR projects and take minutes
Assist in the recruitment, timekeeping, benefits and other HR Facets
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Perform other task/s assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
With at least 1 years of experience in general HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to multi-task
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Hospitality and Tourism Hospitality 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
