Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
Post job advertisement on job search websites / job portal or any recruitment engines
Schedule and organize interviews to shortlisted candidates
Do phone interview and follow up interview status
Administering examination to applicants
Do background checking
Coordinate with HR Coordinator/s on manpower needs
Coordinate with different School
Do field recruitment (assigned in Job Fairs)
Maintain the centralized internal applicants database
201 Filing
Employee engagement (company activities e.g family day, birthday, valentines day, mass etc.)
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
Job Qualifications Qualifications
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences or any related courses

Computer Literate (MS Applications)
With good communication skills both English and Filipino
With knowledge in sourcing and recruitment is an advantage
Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
