About the Role
As the HR Assistant, you will be assisting the recruitment team in the end-to-end recruitment process of our fast-growing organisation.
Role Responsibilities
Liaising with the hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and coordinate updates on hiring status
Posting job advertisements on various recruitment sites and channels
Conducting initial screening of resumes
Administering testing instruments and assessments
Scheduling and conducting final interviews with hiring managers
Conducting reference checks of shortlisted candidates
Drafting contracts and facilitating contract signing sessions for successful candidates
Managing candidate profiles and information on our applicant tracking system
Ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned by the HR Manager and/or Recruitment Coordinator from time to time
Role Requirements:
At least 6 months experience in recruitment
Well-versed with MS Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
