Support Human Resources processes in Recruitment such as scheduling interviews, maintaining records, posting of job openings and conducting initial interviews
Participate in career fairs for recruitment and company branding
Conduct onboarding orientation to newly hired employees
Assist in the implementation of the company's Technograds Partnership Program
Perform clerical tasks related to Human Resources
Preferably a Bachelor's/College Degree holder in either Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or any related courses, but not required
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies is an advantage
Has the ability to work independently
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Information Technology / IT Education 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
