We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to add to our Team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate and support the HR Department, primarily conducting frontline work for all business units, including but not limited to administering HR policies, procedures and processes, Employee Engagement, Exit Interviews, New hire Orientation onboarding and Employee Relations
Maintain the Company's Human Resources Information System on a daily basis (Workday)
Maintain employee personnel file
Administer HR ticketing system and ensures all requests are completed in a timely manner
Works actively with Local Engagement Team to help positively influence corporate culture
Provide information upon client Request for any HR related items, where applicable.
Provide assistance to employees on all HR- related concerns
Provide required documentation for both internal and external audits both company and client specific
Champion company core values and other company programs
Other duties as assigned
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
Minimum 6 months BGO experience or equivalent administration work experience outside of the Company
Certificates, Licenses, & Registration:
There are no personal certification, licensing, or registration requirements for this job
