Job Qualifications:
Graduate of a degree in Psychology or any related course
At least two (2) years experience or background in Human Resource Management
Excellent in written and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates with Head Office and Plant Operations regarding Human Resource related concerns such as Recruitment and Selection, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Job Evaluation and Employee Relations
Prepare and submit manning report
Assist and ensure that all payroll-related documents (e.g. daily time records), OTA are accurate and complete prior submission to Head Office Payroll
