We are looking for a talented HR Assistant to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time based in Metro Manila. The role will be home-based to begin but will however transition into an office based role.

The role
We are on the lookout for a passionate HR Assistant focused on bringing energy and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is keen to enhance their skills and experience within a diverse and varied HR role.
You will:
Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Manage HR inbox and respond to employees on HR related queries
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle
Create and update company personnel records and documentation
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with employment legislation
Carry out payroll calculation for outgoing staff members including contract and temporary staff, sales commission, discretionary bonus and miscellaneous staff deductions/reimbursements within the statutory timelines
Prepare employment contracts, letters, new employee packs and other HR documents and correspondence
The successful candidate
Our new HR Assistant will have:
A passion for human resources and at least 2 years relevant experience
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and can-do attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines
