Provides manpower need of the company
Sourcing through Indeed and other social media accounts
Conducts initial interview and administer appropriate tests for applicants
Prepares Training Agreement, Probationary Contract, Confidentiality & Non-competition agreement, Accounting Memo and Acknowledgement Orientation.
Monitors manpower agencies activities from hiring, evaluation and etc.
Monitors the evaluation of newly hired employees
Gives employee evaluation for 3rd & 5th month probationary.
Prepares Regular contract, Accounting Memo and Confidentiality & Non-competition agreement
Prepares their requirements and Certificate of Completion
Ability to communicate well with all levels of management.
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Career driven with ability to organize and deliver thoughts professionally.
Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs
Strong problem-solving ability.
Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
Computer skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
Ability to accurately and articulately document information.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
Open for fresh graduates.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Business Administration or related course.
At least two to three (2-3) years work experience in all facets of HR Employee Relations, Recruitment & Admin.
Client-Agency relationship and other statutory obligations knowledge.
Will handle the recruitment

Psychometrician (Preferred)
