The Human Resources Assistant will undertake a wide range of HR functions with the primary objective to contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR processes and initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with the Head of People and Culture and collaborate effectively with the Accounting team.

Duties and responsibilities:
Acts as custodian of employee 201 records and manage to update the HR website on a regular basis
Assists employees in their escalated concerns on enrollment, application, and service requests to all government agencies, HMO companies and bank payroll account
Perform the full spectrum of weekly payroll processing using a payroll software
Maintain and ensure up-to-date payment of government statutory benefits such as SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth
Assist the Head of People and Culture in writing and executing business processes and ensure that such processes are being implemented in accordance to the company standards.
Acts as the front-face of People and Culture team for general HR questions and concerns
Assists in organizing company events and encourages employee engagement in these activities.
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or other related course
1-2 years of work experience in handling payroll
Must have an intermediate level of using G Suite/Workspace (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
Is teachable, knows how to ask questions, and be able to safekeep confidential information
Has good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate confidently to all levels of organization in both verbal and written forms
Can work remotely with at least 25mbps internet connection
