Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Computer Literate
Experience in HR functions such Recruitment, Admin and other
Familiar with the Recruitment Process flow
Can work with minimum supervision
Sourcing experience is required
Support in HR and Admin functions
Responsible for Job Street, Job hiring , coordination with PESO offices
Familiar with Job Fair Activities and schedule.
Handle Government related process
Strong Personality
Good Employee Relations experience.
Handle other given task assigned.
Honesty
Trustworthy
Patient
leadership skill is a must
