Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the first point of contact for employees for performance management and employee relations issues.
Conducts investigation on employee relation issues and make sure that proper sanction is provided based on the company handbook.
Reviews maintain and update Human resource handbook and policy procedures manuals as necessary. Communicates changes and updates to the workforce and provides training when appropriate
Monitors employee's movement and provide proper performance evaluation such as probationary, regularization, and end of the contract.
Provide assistance to promodisers concern, both in-person and by telephone; screen and direct telephone calls; take and relay messages; answer questions from employees regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations relating to human resources management.
Attend labor cases and complaints if necessary
Conducts/coordinates and provides training and seminars for employees on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions, employees development and performance management.
Human Resource and other department's related training and seminars programs.
Evaluate employees performance
Perform other duties as may be assigned by Superior
