Perform Human Resources functions such as but not limited to recruitment,
performance evaluation, timekeeping, employee relations, and services
Process employee benefits payments and applications as required by the
government
Work with external partners to ensure that the permits and licenses are renewed on
time
Ensure that labor regulations and other government-mandated reporting or
obligations are followed
Create a productive culture that is aligned with the company's mission and objectives
Plan and arrange workplace events such as team building, outings, celebrations etc
Carry out the purchasing function by locating the best supplier that can provide a
considerable price while also meeting the company's quality standards
Act as a petty cash custodian primarily responsible for disbursing the funds, keeping
records of disbursements, and preparing the request for replenishment of the fund when
needed
Receive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate
with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
Execute other general administrative functions
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a bachelor's degree preferably related to Psychology, Human Resources
Development Management, or any business-related course
Must have at least 2-5 years of work experience in Human Resources and
Administration
Must be able to work in Commonwealth Avenue (near Ever Gotesco)
Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9-6pm
Work experience as an HR Generalist is an advantage
Highly organized, good attention to detail, logical, accurate and with good
communication skills
