Preparation of annual budgets for third party manpower in all stores nationwide.
Preparation of service order of third party manpower service providers as preparation for payment.
Ensures that the billings are submitted on time and carefully monitored with the Store Operations.
Facilitate processing and availment of various mandatory and company-extended benefits in order to ensure maximum delivery to all employees.
Monitor and coordinate Performance Evaluation of all employees and ensure contracts are issued on time.
Maintain employee basic information to HRIS and update the system as needed.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in talent acquisition
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Managerment /Psychology or any related course
At least 1 year working experience in the related field is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Knowledgeable in ECommerce platform is a plus
Must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
