JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Sources for applicants by using proper recruitment channels/platforms depending on the vacant positions. Usually maintains a talent/active file of applicants to serve as reference for future needs of the company.
•Conducts initial screening by reviewing applicant's resume, interviewing, administration of aptitude exam to the applicants, and background checking.
•Ensures the completeness of the required pre-employment documents and filed it to individual 201 folder.
•Facilitates the on-boarding program to newly hired employees before deployment to their corresponding departments.
•Monitors the newly hired employee's performance by coordinating with the department head to ensure that periodical performance evaluations are being conducted based on schedule.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), Psychology or any business-related course.
- With at least 2- 3 years' work-related experience in recruitment and other HR facet (a plus)
