Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
-Handles sourcing of applicants thru various media (Jobstreet, referrals, walk-in applicants and job fairs)
-Resume screening based on the basic qualifications as indicated in the (MRF) -Manpower Requisition Form.
-Schedule applicants for exam and initial interview
-Conducts Initial Interview of applicants (Rank and File up to Supervisors)E
-Endorses applicants to requesting/designated officers for final interview
-Conducts background check
-Conducts employee orientation
-Responsible for processing Temporary IDs. Prepares the permanent Company IDs for regular employees.
-Prepares recruitment reports
-Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Recruiting
