Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of general human resources services particularly in the talent acquisition,
Manpower placement and movement in accordance with company philosophy and policies.
He/she is also responsible for the handling Employee Relations functions, such as but not limited to company announcement / policies / procedure disseminations and coordination of company.
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management for any related course
Have at least 1 to 2 years experience in the HR
Analytical and strategic skills, high skills in qualitative and quantitative data management
Ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
