To provide assistance to the HRD for recruitment, employee engagement, and records management activities.
Recruitment
Follows up with invited applicants via call/email.
Administers technical exams.
Administers exams and screens candidates for HR intern position.
Endorses passed applicants for a series of interviews.
Monitors recruitment lead time.
Updates recruitment tracker (updating of vacant positions, feedback on candidate exams, interviews, and other recruitment steps.
Submits evaluation of candidates and recommendations for recruitment to the managers and/or Directors
Submits pertinent data to the HR Manager in designing job offers (i.e., current salary, benefits package and expected package)
Conducts reference checking for applicants considered for employment/internship.
Sends formal notification to applicants regarding application status.
Conducts activities for candidate sourcing (eg., on-line job postings, headhunters, referrals, campus job fairs, etc.).
Facilitates payment for online job postings.
Provides regular, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on employee movements (hiring, promotions, resignations) to the HR Manager.
Administer onboarding process.
Coordinates with new employees for pre-employment requirements.
Verifies submitted pre-employment requirements.
Participates in new employee orientation.
Closely coordinates and monitors the training of new hires and regularization.
Coordinates with IT and Admin for equipment provisioning.
Introduces new employees to members of the organization.
Employee Relations
Facilitates the request of funds for corporate and employee engagement events.
Handles liquidation of cash advances for monthly HR events.
Assists in activities for monthly All Hands meetings.
Prepares materials needed for weekly wellness activities.
Participates in the conceptualization of company events and activities.
Closely coordinates and monitors clearances of exiting employees.
Organizational Development
Conducts performance review of HR interns.
Training and Development
Receives requests for seminars and trainings and reviews for completeness of information prior to submission to the HR manager.
Records Management
Attends to the proper filing and safekeeping of the 201 records for rank and file and supervisory employees
Others
Facilitates company-wide application for NBI clearance yearly.
Assists in yearly audit of 201 files.
Attends meetings, as required.
May report on non-regular working hours, as needed.
Performs other duties as requested and within areas of expertise.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Human Resources and Development, Management, Business Management, or any four (4)-year Business-related course.
At least 1- year experience as a technical recruiter and other HR-related work.
Technical skills
Basic knowledge of recordkeeping
Basic knowledge of social media tools and recruitment platforms
Basic knowledge of gamification techniques
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop
Familiarity with all company products and their high-level technical aspects
