Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, BSBA - Human Resource Management, or related course
With 1 - 2 years of related experience
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Practices high level of confidentiality
Effective oral written communications
Excellent interpersonal skills
High level of organizational skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors daily time entries as generated by the biometrics system (TCMS), and encodes other time entries at the payroll system by referring to the daily tie recurs (DTR) from non - punching employees.
Leads day-to-day payroll administration, including semi-monthly payroll processing, collecting and summarizing time and attendance forms (Daily Time Record, Leave Forms, Official Business Permits, Overtime/Undertime Forms), and acting as initial degree of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll.
Provides assistance and service to employees by responding to queries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner providing immediate solutions for issues and concerns raised by employees and recommends improvements to prevent recurrence of issues/problems.
Develops preventive measures on timely release of salaries.
Assists in forming corporate values among employees to achieve the company mission and vision and to promote company core values.
Prepare and compile reports as needed.
Monitors employee's leave of absence/s. Deducts the corresponding leave credits whenever applicable and processes such for payroll based on scheduled cut - off.
Monitors employees' claim for overtime (OT) premium and processes such for payroll based on scheduled cut - off.
Encodes new employee's records in the system to include such in the payroll master list.
