JOB SUMMARY
Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of Human Resources Management/Business related course
Preferably with previous working experience in Payroll Services
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): good oral and interpersonal communication skills
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Recognizes the importance of providing quality services to associates on payroll. Displays genuine willingness to meet the associates' needs and requirements. Responds to associates' request or concerns in a polite and timely manner

Schedules and prioritizes payroll- related work activities as guided by the immediate supervisor

Completes tasks with a low-error rate and with a strong focus on quality outcomes.
CONCERN FOR ORDER/ EFFICIENCY :
Organizes and schedules workload to maximize use of time and resources. Deals well with demands and interruptions from multiple tasks.

Puts in whatever hours are necessary to meet deadline or achieve an objective. Maintains performance under stressful circumstances.
