Job Description
Responsibilities:
Payroll processing, via PAYTREND
Payroll reports & statutory submission
Data entry & update of personnel & payroll records
Maintaining and updating of annual, medical or other related leaves
Management of employee's enquiries on salary related matters, via face-to-face or tele-conversation
Other ad-hoc HR duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or any related field
At least less than 1 year relevant experience, handing 400 or more headcount
Hands-on and operational individual with strong time management skills
Able to multi-task effectively
Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determining appropriate courses of actions
Familiar with Employment
Knowledge in Paytrend Software is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Team player with mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
