Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing and interviewing candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
Perform orientations and update records of new employee
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in employee engagement activities
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Degree in human resources, psychology, or similar
With at least 1 year of experience of related experience
Effective HR administration and people management skills
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Google Workspace, Autocrat, Canva, and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to accurately follow instructions
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Can start ASAP
